Traffic Forge ("we") respects and protects the privacy of every user. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information while you use Traffic Forge services.

1. Information we collect

Account information: email address, username, bcrypt-hashed login password.
Billing information: subscription plan, traffic quota, billing records. We do not directly store credit-card or other payment credentials.
Usage data: request logs (time, URL, source IP, response code, byte count), edge hit ratio, cache usage. This data is used for billing and troubleshooting.
Cookies: used only to maintain your login session (HttpOnly + Secure + SameSite=Lax). We do not use them for cross-site tracking.

2. How we use information

Provide and maintain the service (billing, cache distribution, protection policy delivery)
Communicate with you about your account, billing, and incidents
Compute aggregate usage metrics for internal capacity planning
Respond to legal requirements or lawful administrative requests

3. Data retention

Request logs are aggregated and anonymized after 30 days. After account deletion, your personal data is removed from active databases within 90 days (backups may retain it briefly within the backup cycle).

4. Information sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

With your explicit consent
With service providers necessary to complete payment, email delivery, and similar basic services (all under signed confidentiality agreements)
Where required by law or a lawful request by a government authority

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by emailing support@kyosweb.com. We will respond within 15 business days.

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including but not limited to transport-layer encryption (TLS 1.3), bcrypt password hashing, access log auditing, and least-privilege principles.

7. Policy changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
