Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you ("user") and Traffic Forge ("we") regarding your use of Traffic Forge services. By using the service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the entirety of these Terms.

1. Service description

Traffic Forge provides static-asset CDN acceleration, baseline DDoS protection, and automatic HTTPS/SSL certificate issuance. Specific features and quotas are determined by the plan you subscribe to.

2. Account responsibilities

You must safeguard your account credentials and are fully responsible for all actions taken under your account.
Notify us immediately if you discover account compromise or security risk.
You must not transfer, lend, or share your account with others.

3. Usage restrictions

You must not use the service for any of the following:

Distributing content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction (including but not limited to pornography, terrorism, hate speech, or child exploitation material)
Infringing third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or trade secrets
Sending spam or conducting any form of DoS / DDoS attack
Attempting to bypass our billing, rate-limiting, or security mechanisms
Hosting executable malware, trojans, miners, or other harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates this section immediately after reasonable assessment, without liability for compensation.

4. Service availability (SLA)

Plus plan: target monthly availability above 99.0 percent, best-effort basis
Pro plan: target monthly availability above 99.5 percent
Max plan: target monthly availability above 99.7 percent
Custom plan: per contract SLA, typically no less than 99.9 percent

Downtime caused by origin failures, third-party network issues, or force majeure (natural disasters, power outage, government action) is not counted against the SLA.

5. Billing and payment

Plans are prepaid monthly. When the included traffic is exhausted, the service will be suspended until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty of uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

For indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the service (loss of revenue, data, or business interruption), we disclaim all liability. Where liability is mandatorily imposed by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court.

8. Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
