Refund Policy

We want every user to have a satisfying experience with Traffic Forge. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund under the conditions below.

1. 30-day satisfaction guarantee

Within 30 days of your first subscription to Plus, Pro, or Max, if the service does not meet your expectations we will fully refund the fees paid during that period.

2. Refundable cases

  • First subscription to Plus / Pro / Max / Custom within 30 days
  • Prolonged unavailability caused by us (continuous outage exceeding 8 hours) not restored within a reasonable time
  • Incorrect billing amounts caused by us

3. Non-refundable cases

  • Accounts beyond the 30-day first subscription window
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service
  • Repeated first-month refund requests from the same account (first-month refund is one-time)
  • Custom plan cases where the contract specifies otherwise — contract terms prevail

4. Refund process

  1. Email support@kyosweb.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include in the email: account username, order ID, reason for refund
  3. We will review and respond within 3 business days
  4. Once approved, funds are refunded along the original payment path within 7–15 business days

5. Processing time note

Actual arrival time depends on your payment channel (credit card, bank transfer, third-party processor) — typically 7–15 business days. Cross-border refunds may be extended to 30 days due to banking procedures. If your refund has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us for assistance.

6. Disputes

If you disagree with the refund result, you may request review within 15 days of receiving the result. An independent reviewer will re-evaluate and provide a final decision within 5 business days.

7. Policy changes

This refund policy may be updated from time to time. Changes apply only to subscriptions placed after the update and do not affect prior subscriptions.
